Time and Mileage Limits:
Except for batteries, mufflers, and selected Honda Remanufactured
parts, automobile parts supplied by Honda Automobile Division of
American Honda and purchased from and installed by an authorized
Honda Automobile Dealer are covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles
from the date installed, whichever comes first. Honda parts supplied
by American Honda and purchased from, but not installed by, an authorized
Honda Automobile Dealer are covered against defects in workmanship
and materials for 12 months from the date of purchase. Replacement
batteries are covered for 36 months from the date of purchase, pro-rated
for usage. Replacement mufflers have a limited lifetime warranty.
Some remanufactured parts have a 36 month, 36,000 mile limited warranty.
This Warranty Does Not Cover:
Parts distributed or sold outside the U.S., Puerto Rico, and the
U.S. Virgin Islands.
Parts installed in vehicles for the purpose of racing or competitive
purposes.
Parts for which applicable proof of purchase date, installation
date, and/or vehicle mileage at time of installation is not presented.
Parts considered normal maintenance items which are replaced, cleaned,
or adjusted as normal owner maintenance unless they are defective
in materials or workmanship.
Parts replaced under the New Car Limited Warranty.
Deterioration of any part due to normal use and/or exposure.
Parts installed in a vehicle in which the odometer has been altered,
or on which the actual mileage cannot be determined.
To Obtain Warranty Service:
The defective part, or the car it is installed in, must be returned
by the purchaser to an authorized Honda automobile dealer during
normal service hours. You must provide a receipt showing proof of
purchase as well as the installation, date and mileage at time of
installation, if the installation was done by an authorized Honda
automobile dealer. If the vehicle is not drivable because of a defect
covered by this warranty, call the nearest authorized Honda automobile
dealer for towing assistance. You will not have to pay for towing
if the defect is covered by this warranty.
Warranty Coverage:
Honda Motor Co.,Inc. will repair or replace, at it's option, any
genuine Honda part that is defective in materials or workmanship
under normal use. Parts excluding batteries and mufflers, that were
sold and installed by an authorized Honda dealer will be repaired
or replaced without charge for parts or labor; parts,except for
batteries, purchased from but not installed by an authorized Honda
dealer will be repaired or replaced without charge for the parts,
but labor charges will be your responsibility. All parts supplied
under this warranty will be genuine Honda parts, and all parts replaced
become the property of the Honda automobile division. Herson Honda
Inc. reserves the right to void warranties for any damage or failure
of product(s) due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper
installation, modification, or improper application. We are not
responsible for any loss or damage incurred during installation
or use of any product. All property rights reserved. Having no control
over the products in this catalog, we assume no liability connected
with their use. Under no circumstance are we, liable for any loss,
damage, or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or inability
to use our products.
Delivery Damage:
Please inspect all your merchandise immediately upon delivery. Notify
us of any discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt. Always open
packages the day you receive them to check for any damage that may
have occurred during shipping. If parts were damaged during shipping,
please save all packaging material and contact us immediately via

or by phone at 301-279-8600. No claims will be considered if not
submitted before 24 hours upon receipt.
Return Policy:
We pride ourselves with having the best customer satisfaction possible.
We will gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt provided
the parts are not used, installed, or damaged, parts are in the
original packaging, are not missing parts or instructions, and are
in resellable condition. A 5% restocking fee applies to all acceptable
returns. There is no return on electrical parts. For authorization
