purchased from and installed by an authorized Honda Automobile Dealer
such as *The Honda Parts
Store - *The Honda Parts Store in Rockville, Maryland MD are covered for 12 months or 12,000
miles from the date installed, whichever comes first. Honda parts
supplied by American Honda and purchased from, but not installed by, an
authorized Honda Automobile Dealer are covered against defects in
workmanship and materials for 12 months from the date of purchase. Honda
replacement batteries are covered for 36 months from the date of
purchase, pro-rated for usage. Honda replacement Pilot Parts have a
limited lifetime warranty. Some remanufactured Honda car parts have a 36
month, 36,000 mile limited warranty.
Our Discount Honda
Parts Warranty Does Not Cover:
Honda Pilot Parts and Discount Honda
Car Parts distributed or sold outside the U.S., Puerto Rico, and the
U.S. Virgin Islands.
Parts installed in vehicles for the purpose of racing or competitive
purposes.
Honda Parts for which applicable proof of purchase date, Honda parts
installation date, and/or Honda vehicle mileage at time of Honda Parts
installation is not presented.
Honda Parts considered normal maintenance items which are replaced,
cleaned, or adjusted as normal owner maintenance unless they are
defective in materials or Honda Parts workmanship.
Discount Honda Parts replaced under the New Car Limited Warranty.
Discount Honda Parts deterioration of any Honda part due to normal use
and/or exposure.
Discount Honda Parts
installed in a vehicle in which the odometer has been altered, or on
which the actual mileage cannot be determined.
To Obtain Discount
Honda Parts Warranty Service:
The defective Honda part, or the
Honda car it is installed in, must be returned by the purchaser to an
authorized Honda parts automobile dealer during normal service hours.
You must provide a receipt showing Honda parts proof of purchase as well
as the Honda OEM parts installation, date and mileage at time of
installation, if the installation was done by an authorized Honda
automobile dealer. If the Honda vehicle is not drivable because of a
defect covered by this Discount Honda Parts warranty, call the nearest
authorized Honda automobile dealer for towing assistance. You will not
have to pay for towing if the defect is covered by this warranty.
Discount Honda Parts
Warranty Coverage:
Honda Motor Co.,Inc. will repair or
replace, at it's option, any genuine Honda parts (Honda OEM parts) that
are defective in materials or workmanship under normal use. Discount
Honda Parts excluding Honda batteries and Honda Pilot Parts, that were
sold and installed by an authorized Honda parts dealer will be repaired or
replaced without charge for parts or labor; Honda parts, except for
Honda batteries, purchased from but not installed by an authorized Honda parts dealer will be repaired or replaced without charge for the OEM Honda
parts, but labor charges will be your responsibility. All Honda parts
supplied under this Discount Honda Parts warranty will be valid on all
genuine OEM Honda parts, and all Honda parts replaced become the
property of the Honda automobile division. *The Honda Parts Store Inc. reserves
the right to void Discount Honda Parts warranties for any damage or
failure of the Honda Pilot Parts product(s) due to misuse, abuse,
neglect, accident, improper installation, modification, or improper
application. We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred
during Honda Pilot Parts installation or use of any discount Honda parts
product. All property rights reserved. Having no control over the
discount Honda parts and Honda Pilot Parts in this Honda Parts catalog,
we assume no liability connected with their use. Under no circumstance
are we, liable for any loss, damage, or expenses of any kind arising out
of the use or inability to use our
discount Honda parts products.
Honda Pilot Parts Delivery Damage:
Please inspect all your merchandise
including Genuine OEM Honda Pilot Parts immediately upon delivery.
Notify *The Honda Parts Store of any discrepancies within 24 hours of Honda
parts receipt. Always open Honda parts packages the day you receive them
to check for any Honda Pilot Parts damage that may have occurred during
shipping. If Honda Pilot Parts were damaged during shipping, please save

Discount Honda Parts Return Policy:
We pride ourselves with having the
best discount Honda Parts customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly
accept Honda Parts returns within 15 days of receipt provided the
discount Honda parts are not used, installed, or damaged, Honda parts
are in the original Honda parts packaging, are not missing parts
or instructions, and are in resalable condition. A 5% restocking fee
applies to all acceptable returns. There is no return on Honda
