Honda parts supplied by American Honda and purchased from, but not installed by, an authorized Honda Automobile Dealer are covered against Honda parts defects in workmanship and materials for 12 months from the date of Honda parts purchase. Honda replacement batteries are covered for 36 months from the date of purchase, pro-rated for usage. Honda replacement wiper inserts have a limited lifetime warranty. Some remanufactured Honda parts have a 36 month, 36,000 mile limited Honda parts warranty.

This Genuine OEM Honda Parts Warranty Does Not Cover:
Discount Honda Parts distributed or sold outside the U.S., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Discount Honda Parts installed in vehicles for the purpose of racing or competitive performance purposes.
Discount Honda Parts for which applicable proof of purchase date, installation date, and/or Honda vehicle mileage at time of installation is not presented.
Discount Honda Parts considered normal maintenance items which are replaced, cleaned, or adjusted as normal owner maintenance unless they are defective in materials or workmanship.
Discount Honda Parts replaced under the New Car Limited Warranty.
Deterioration of any Discount Honda part due to normal use and/or exposure.
Discount Honda Parts installed in a Honda vehicle in which the odometer has been altered, or on which the actual vehicle mileage cannot be determined.

To Obtain Discount Honda Parts Warranty Service:
The defective Honda part, or the Honda car it is installed in, must be returned by the purchaser to an authorized Honda automobile dealer during normal service hours. You must provide a discount Honda parts purchase receipt showing proof of purchase as well as the Honda part installation, date and vehicle mileage at time of installation, and also proof that the actual Honda part installation was done by an authorized Honda automobile dealer. If the Honda vehicle is not drivable because of a Honda parts defect covered by this discount Honda parts warranty, call the nearest authorized Honda automobile dealership for vehicle towing assistance. You will not have to pay for Honda vehicle towing if the Honda parts defect is covered by this discount Honda parts warranty.

Honda Motor Co.,Inc. will repair or replace, at it's option, any genuine OEM Honda part that is defective in materials or workmanship under normal use. OEM Honda Parts excluding Honda batteries and Honda wiper inserts, that were sold and installed by an authorized Honda parts dealer will be repaired or replaced without charge for parts or labor; Honda parts, except for Honda batteries, purchased from but not installed by an authorized Honda parts dealer will be repaired or replaced without charge for the Honda parts, but labor charges will be your responsibility. All Honda parts supplied under this warranty will be genuine OEM Honda parts, and all Honda parts replaced become the property of the Honda automobile division. *The Honda Parts Store Inc. reserves the right to void discount Honda parts warranties for any damage or failure of products due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, Honda parts modification, or improper application. We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during installation or use of any discount Honda parts product. All property rights reserved.
